At the gasoline station at the head of Innyaku Shrine, you could find out good space for watching. When you walk a little more, you clould see a bank. It has a car parking, where you could wait the Dekayama will come.

Short Cut
You should take the road neighbor to the Misogi river. But I suppose you could not catch up the Dekayama if you walk. At Asa-Yama, Dekayama has a speed faster than that of the human walk.
