Making 'Kiyari' stage is directed by 'Kiyari' persons. If there were some trouble, 'Kiyari' person lose their safty. They pary too much attention to their stage.
We of cource do not use any nails to settle 'Kiyari' stage. Concerning this story, I remember shrine carpenters. They also do not use any nails to build shrine and portable shrine. I have believed that Dekayama is built by shrine carpenters.
Wisteria ropes to carry 'Ha-Teko' and oil cans are attached to Dekayama. The oil is used for 'Teko' which changes direction of Dekayama.
This picture shows rope which pulls up 'Ji-Guruma' a 5th wheel of Dekayama.
